1. What brands of port machinery spare parts do you supply?
We supply spare parts for 13 major port machinery brands including: ZPMC, Konecranes, Bromma, Stinis, RAM, Kalmar, Doosan, Noell, Dellner Bubenzer / Pintsch Bubenzer, SIBRE, ICAN, SINOTRUK, and our own GRWT brand. We cover STS, RTG, RMG, and ASC cranes as well as spreaders, brakes, terminal tractors, and cable chain systems.
2. What types of port crane spare parts do you offer?
Our product range includes twistlocks, brake linings and brake pads, wheels and wheel rims, sheaves and pulleys, rollers and sleeves, LED lights and LED indicators, hydraulic parts, electrical parts (sensors, circuit boards), filter elements, headblocks, cable chain and festoon systems, and other specialized components for container handling equipment.

4. What are your payment terms?
For new customers, our standard terms are CIF Global with 100% T/T in advance. For established clients, we can offer flexible payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. All quotations are provided in USD.
5. Do you supply OEM parts or aftermarket alternatives?
We supply both genuine OEM parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. For aftermarket parts, we work with certified manufacturers who meet or exceed OEM specifications. We also offer our own GRWT-branded products — including headblocks, brake linings, and cable chain systems — that are engineered for demanding port environments.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity. Standard spare parts typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Custom-manufactured items may take 4 to 8 weeks. We provide confirmed lead times with every quotation and keep you updated throughout the production and shipping process.
7. Do you offer product warranties?
Yes. All our parts come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. For GRWT-branded products, we provide extended warranty coverage and dedicated after-sales support. Warranty terms are specified in each quotation.
8. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. We handle both single-piece orders for urgent replacements and bulk orders for scheduled maintenance programs. Pricing is tiered based on quantity — we offer volume discounts for larger orders.
9. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our key markets include Indonesia, Vietnam, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, Panama, Brazil, Singapore, Europe, and China. We have experience with port authorities, terminal operators, and crane maintenance contractors in over 20 countries.
10. How can I identify the correct part number for my crane?
You can send us a photo of the part along with your crane model and serial number. Our technical team will help identify the correct OEM part number and cross-reference it with available alternatives. We also support identification from technical drawings, old invoices, and maintenance manuals.
11. Do you provide technical support or installation guidance?
Yes. We provide technical data sheets, installation manuals, and remote support for all products. For complex installations such as headblocks or cable chain systems, we can arrange on-site technical supervision by our engineers at additional cost.
12. Can you manufacture custom or non-standard parts?
Yes. Through our GRWT manufacturing division, we can reverse-engineer and produce custom parts based on your samples or technical drawings. We specialize in brake linings, headblocks, cable chain systems, and various mechanical components. Contact us with your requirements for a feasibility assessment.
13. What is GRWT brand? Is it a reliable alternative to OEM?
GRWT is the proprietary brand of Shanghai GeRunWan Technology Co., Ltd. Our GRWT products — including headblocks, brake linings, and cable chain systems — are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications at competitive prices. All GRWT products undergo rigorous quality testing and are already in service at terminals worldwide.
14. How do I track my order status?
Upon order confirmation, we provide a production schedule and shipping timeline. Once shipped, you receive the bill of lading, packing list, and tracking information. You can contact your dedicated sales representative at any time for status updates.
